Day Wise Itinerary
Pickup from Srinagar Enroute Sightseeing and Shikara Ride ---- Welcome to Srinagar. On arrival at Srinagar airport, Our representative will meet you to pick you up. Srinagar, the Lake City Bring your tour of 'Exotic Kashmir. After rest, leave for a sightseeing tour (optional) of Mughal Gardens, visiting Cheshmashahi (the royal spring), Nishat (the garden of pleasure), Shalimar (the abode of love), PariMahal, the famous Shankaracharya temple, Dargah Hazratbal Shrine, Jamia Masjid, and Tulip Garden. You can also enjoy the shikara ride there. Dinner and enjoy your beautiful overnight stay in the hotel.
Srinagar to Pahalgam Enroute Sightseeing ---- The distance between Srinagar and Pahalgam is about 90 km, and it takes around 3 hours to cover on good days. The first sight would be the saffron fields. NThis spot is among one of the popular hill stations in India, and there is more than one reason for that. Also known as the Valley of Shepherds, Pahalgam will surprise you with its old world charm. Upon arrival at Pahalgam valley, you can check in at hotel, freshen up & leave for sightseeing to explore surrounding places & amazing market place of Pahalgam. . In Pahalgam, Enjoy the nature & walk around the banks of River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.
Pahalgam to Gulmarg Via Srinagar Enroute Sightseeing ---- After breakfast, transfer towards Gulmarg, called as “Meadow of Flowers” Gulmarg is 150 Kms from Pahalgam at an altitude of 8700-ft. Gulmarg also referred as Meadow of Flowers is a famous Ski Resort & the world’s highest 18 hole Golf Course. The place was prominent during the British time. Enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Ride – OPTIONAL (Gondola) Dinner & Overnight at the Hotel.
Gulmarg -Doodhpathri to Srinagar ----After breakfast in the morning, Proceed towards Doodhpathri. Enroute you get to see the beautiful Doodhpathri lies in a bowl shaped valley in the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, at an altitude of 2,730m (8,957 ft.) above sea level. It is an alpine valley covered with snow clad mountains and the meadows of Pine Fir and Deodar. The natural meadows, which are covered with snow in winter, allow the growth of wild flowers such as daisies, forget-me-nots and buttercups during spring and summer. In evening Return back to hotel .Dinner & overnight in the Srinagar Hotel.
After an early breakfast at the houseboat or hotel, you travel toward the Srinagar international airport for your return home with sweet memories.
Notes
- Local sightseeing in Pahalgam is not included due to union restrictions in Pahalgam. We can either arrange a vehicle or guest can pay directly on spot for trip to Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab valley @ supplement of INR 3000/- Per vehicle (07 Pax max to 01 Car). FYI our vehicle in Pahalgam can cover market & main area including Amusement park
- Local sightseeing in Sonamarg is not included due to union restrictions so local attraction like Thajwas Glacier can be done by ponies only (at direct pay basis). Another attraction is Zero point taking local cab from Sonamarg taxi union cost INR 6500/- (direct pay basis). FYI our vehicle in Sonamarg can roam around market place & main Sonamarg only
- Cost for Gondola Cable Car, Gulmarg: INR 1000/- Per Pax for Level 1 & INR 1200/- Per Pax for Level 2 (Total INR 2200/- for both). Guide optional for arranging tickets INR 1000/-
- If in case of heavy snowfall at Gulmarg, vehicles will not be able to reach Gulmarg due to heavy snow on road from Tangmarg (12 Kms before reaching Gulmarg) & as such, Snow jeep (Sumo / similar with chains on tyres) will be used. The supplement charges for same will be 2500/- nett for To & Fro (08 Pax max to 01 Car). Client can pay directly or you can ask us to include in package.
